Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) in compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50-75 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable, otherwise willingness to learn).
