Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily and hourly productivity targets.
- Process customer returns and prepare items for outbound delivery.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas and outdoors.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
