As a Warehouse Loader, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. Whether you are loading trucks, organizing inventory, or maintaining a safe workspace, your contributions matter.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods: Safely load and unload merchandise onto and off trucks, trailers, and pallets using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify and count stock items to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials efficiently.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized and clean to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to stock.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately, including packing slips and delivery logs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Forklift Certification: Current forklift certification is highly desirable.
