Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products safely using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory accuracy by checking labels and packing slips against physical stock.
- Package goods securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (CDL Class A/B is a plus).
- Basic math skills for inventory calculations.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
