Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the fulfillment center maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform inventory checks and manage stock levels to prevent outages.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and KPIs.
- Adhere to all safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Ability to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
