Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Verify accuracy of orders against packing slips.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory checks.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
