Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided on-site).
- Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and damage.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times, adhering to 5S standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling and equipment usage.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by warehouse management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Basic math skills for verifying shipping documents and product quantities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet for the full shift duration.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we provide the training).
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of reliability.
