Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with high accuracy using RF scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against work orders to minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory control processes and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
