Responsibilities
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks and trailers using proper equipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep storage areas organized, clean, and adhere to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided upon certification).
- Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Entry-Level Friendly: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience is necessary.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a climate-controlled environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen; consistent attendance is a must.
- Communication: Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
