Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks, pallets, and containers using forklifts and hand jacks.
- Verify quantities of goods received and ensure accuracy against packing lists.
- Organize, stack, and secure items on warehouse shelves to prevent damage and accidents.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license or government-issued ID.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/outdoor areas).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.
