Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas to maximize warehouse efficiency.
- Perform routine inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment and logging systems to track inventory movement.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and ticket reading.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
