Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners while maintaining accurate warehouse records
- Operate material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Package and label products for shipment with attention to detail and quality control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S methodology
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided)
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
