As a Warehouse Loader, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are handled with care and delivered to our customers accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and identification.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory logs in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software or handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not always required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
