Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing cargo for damage, ensuring all items are accounted for and secure.
- Organize warehouse shelves and storage areas to maintain inventory accuracy and safety standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Verify shipping documents and labels against physical stock to prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory management audits as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required (we train).
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions (loading docks) and stand for extended periods.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
