Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately check, count, and record inventory to ensure stock levels match documentation.
- Package Preparation: Properly label, wrap, and package items to prevent damage during transit.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse environment to optimize workflow.
- Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment as required and assist in maintaining equipment functionality.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Communication: Basic English skills for reading labels and communicating with team members.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
