Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational targets
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement cycle counting procedures
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping activities with precision
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)

- Knowledge of lean principles and inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
