Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 99% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and manage incoming shipments accurately.
- Remote Processing: Utilize warehouse management systems to process remote orders and coordinate dispatching from our Denver hub.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all warehouse transactions and logs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; technical certification in logistics is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office and warehouse software.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Reliability: Must have a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members.
