Responsibilities
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic counting and documentation processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety protocols
- Coordinate efficient order fulfillment for high-volume retail and e-commerce clients
- Maintain organized storage systems to optimize warehouse space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification for powered industrial equipment (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WMS systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
