Responsibilities
- Execute efficient inventory management procedures including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment with zero-error accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and uphold OSHA safety standards
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Team player with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
