Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using warehouse management software and handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet packaging standards before dispatch.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Sort, label, and track inventory to ensure real-time accuracy in the stockroom.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and unloading inbound deliveries as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehouse picking, packing, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
