Responsibilities
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick items from storage locations based on pick tickets.
- Verify product quantities, labels, and quality before packaging orders for shipment.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with packers and shippers to ensure seamless order fulfillment workflows.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely when certified.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld technology (RF scanners).
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
