Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using company-provided equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Operate warehouse machinery safely following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs promptly
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits as assigned
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in all warehouse activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper equipment support
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation to Milwaukee industrial park location
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Willingness to complete forklift certification (provided)
