Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99% accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners.
- Verify inventory counts and scan items into the system to maintain real-time stock data.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict accordance with OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to facilitate the supply chain process.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for inventory verification.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for immediate consideration).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
