Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pack, seal, and label products securely for domestic and international shipment.
- Sort and organize inventory on the warehouse floor to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to track stock and verify incoming/outgoing items.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory audits and reporting discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions (temperature-controlled environments available).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- No previous warehouse experience is required; we train the right candidates!
