Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in compliance with safety regulations.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise for distribution and shipping.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and document stock movements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met.
- Assist in the packing and labeling of orders for daily and weekly distribution.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory and shipping purposes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston, GA facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
