Responsibilities
- Select and Pick Items: Accurately locate and pick products from shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack and Label: Safely pack items into boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.
- Material Handling: Use handheld scanners and equipment to process orders efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a reliable means of transportation.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read labels and perform basic counting.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure order accuracy.
