Job Summary
As a Warehouse Picker, you will be responsible for retrieving, selecting, and preparing merchandise for shipment. You will ensure that every order is accurate, packed securely, and ready for delivery, playing a vital role in our customer satisfaction strategy.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners, handheld devices, and conveyor systems.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against picking tickets to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely distribution.
- Assist in inventory control processes, including cycle counting and stock rotation.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding workflow and inventory issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we offer paid training for the right candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn handheld scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
