Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Organize stock in designated areas to maintain a clean and efficient warehouse layout.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies quickly.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting heavy items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and understand pick tickets and packing slips.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners.
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for long shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
