The Role
As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will work in a fast-paced environment where safety and accuracy are our top priorities.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product counts and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards are met before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse floor to comply with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and power jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily productivity and quality goals.
- Assist in inventory checks and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
