Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper tagging and scanning procedures.
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Counterbalance or Reach Truck) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus but not mandatory.
