Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure all orders meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Report damaged or defective items immediately.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if applicable.
