Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to pick tickets and SOPs.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and reduce cycle time.
- Perform quality checks on packaged goods before shipping.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
