Responsibilities
- Retrieve and prepare merchandise for shipment according to pick tickets.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape).
- Operate handheld scanners to log inventory accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with scanners or handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia facility.
