Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets our high standards before shipping.
- Inventory Management: Scan and log items using warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Order Accuracy: Verify that the correct quantities and items are shipped to prevent returns and customer dissatisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and data entry.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
