Responsibilities
- Select, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
- Scan barcodes and utilize handheld scanners to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging quality to prevent shipping errors.
- Follow strict safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
