As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We offer on-the-job training and a clear path for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Verify inventory against orders and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and inventory control.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
