Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily performance targets.
- Verify product quantities and quality to ensure accuracy against customer orders.
- Label, box, and tape packages securely for transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline warehouse operations and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for immediate hire.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and tracking inventory.
