Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure 100% order accuracy by verifying product details, quantities, and packaging quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Inspect items for defects and damage, reporting any issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock levels and organize warehouse aisles.
- Adhere to all operational procedures and productivity targets set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
