Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to shipping labels and pick lists.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately to the inventory control team.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks and verifying incoming shipments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be willing to work rotating shifts or overtime as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read labels, follow instructions, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, with potential weekend availability.
