Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to company specifications and safety guidelines.
- Verify product quantities, accuracy, and quality before packaging.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment using appropriate packing materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory audits and stock rotation as directed by supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
