Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following safety protocols
- Maintain organized stock levels in assigned zones and perform cycle counts
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools
- Adhere to quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support inventory audits and documentation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
