Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop team of 15+ warehouse associates through coaching and performance management
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain 99.5% compliance record
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to achieve 98%+ order accuracy
- Manage WMS system (Oracle) and coordinate cross-functional logistics activities
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-Hour certification and Forklift Operator license
- Proficient in WMS systems (Oracle/SAP experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of lean methodologies and inventory control
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience managing teams of 10+ employees
