Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates through scheduling, training, and performance coaching
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams
- Strong proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
