Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage 15-20 team members through scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain accident-free operations
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software (SAP or Oracle)
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Analyze KPIs to improve productivity and reduce operational costs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
