Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock rotation.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with management to streamline processes and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety audits and prepare necessary documentation for audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
- Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational workflows.
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment experience required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
