Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS).
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
