Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates to achieve productivity targets
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain accident-free environment
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system management
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights/weekends when required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
