Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for senior leadership
- Resolve operational conflicts and maintain optimal workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse activities with business goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervision experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
