Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Optimize inventory control systems to ensure 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain accident-free operations
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with transportation partners
- Drive process improvements to reduce operational costs by 15% annually
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and forklift fleet operations
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with inventory management expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed
