Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members while maintaining safety standards
- Implement lean inventory management practices to minimize waste
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and optimize workflow processes
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in variable temperature conditions
